Cancellation & Refund Policy
We value your time and ours. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for services rendered are generally not provided due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments; however, we strive for total patient satisfaction and handle concerns on a case-by-case basis.
